Training on our customer’s proprietary software.
Leading a team of Profiling Agents
Analyzing reports that outline customer product profiles in response to emails requests from our customer.
Internet research

Qualifications


3 year previous tier 4 work experience 1 year at a supervisory level.
Advanced internet research skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good Leadership and interpersonal skills
Work independently and with a team
Flexible and patient
Professional
Ability to work under pressure
Organized
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of business process profiling an asset
Knowledge of Quality Management practices and asset
Bilingual would be an asset.
