•Training on our customer’s proprietary software.
•Analyzing reports that outline customer product profiles in response to emails requests from our customer.
•Internet research


Qualifications



•1 year previous tier 4 work experience
•Advanced internet research skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Work independently and with a team
•Flexible and patient
•Professional
•Ability to work under pressure
•Organized
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
•Knowledge of business process profiling an asset
•Knowledge of Quality Management practices and asset
