We are hiring a senior technical architect and responsibilities include:

* designing and integrating application modules;
* problem solving for large, technically complex projects;
* providing guidance and direction to development team members; and
* mentoring and providing code reviews to guide developers in following industry standards.

Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:

* 7-10 years development experience
* 3 years software architecture experience
* 3 years development team leadership experience
* 3+ years experience in J2EE integration

Preferred Qualifications:

* excellent communication (written/oral) skills
* excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* highly motivated
* bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
