The Wind Energy Institute of Canada (WEICan) is an independent non-profit organization that supports the development of safe, reliable, efficient, sustainable and affordable wind power generation in Canada and the development of wind energy related products and services for Canadian and export markets. The Institute focuses on four key areas of work: testing and certification, research and innovation, industry training and public education and technical consultation and assistance.

Qualifications
Reporting to the Executive Director you will lead a team of engineers and support staff to advance new wind power technologies. You will supervise ongoing research activities, oversee testing and certification activities and coordinate delivery of technical consultation and advisory services. Superior technical knowledge, experience in the wind energy industry and proven research capabilities will be essential for this role.
