Qualifications
Your ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information, even under stress, will stand you well in providing services to the clients of our associated companies. Keeping current with products, fund changes, fraud warnings, and other policy and procedure changes, you will draw on internal resources to address client needs in a timely manner. This will include monitoring quality of service delivery, performing research, and placing outbound calls to obtain information or provide solutions. You are proficient with keyboarding and Windows, possess basic mathematical skills and can work accurately with amounts of over $1-million. A post-secondary education would be an asset.
