RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to):
- Analysis of client business requirements and identification of process deficiencies;
- Business process design, mapping, and re-engineering activities;
- Development of functional design documents;
- Configuration of Financial or HR application modules;
- Development and implementation of module testing strategies; and
- Managing client implementation projects with assistance from senior project management consultants.

Qualifications


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years experience with Accounting or Human Resource Management systems;
- University degree in a related discipline, or a suitable combination of education and experience - professional designation would be considered an asset;
- Technical knowledge would be considered an asset, but is not required - complete Oracle e-Business training provided;
- Demonstrated ability to apply skills and techniques to solve problems; work independently; and strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and communicating with senior management.
