Description


We are looking for a QA Analyst with experience in the .Net environment. The QA Analyst will develop test plans and test cases from business and functional requirement documents. They will execute test cycles and produce test result documentation as well as develop automated test scripts. They will need to communicate defects and manage resolution of defects.

As the platform moves to production, the QA Analyst will also provide support to end users. There is potential for this position to evolve into a developer position.

Qualifications


Required Skills: this person will need to develop and maintain positive working relationships with project team, developers and management.

• High School graduate, Bachelor degree or IT-based diploma preferred
• Experience testing web-based applications desired
• Demonstrated ability to plan test scope
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate effectively in French an asset
• Understanding of test types and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of some of the following: Source control, SQL Server, HTML/DHTML, CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Windows Server 2003, IIS
