Timeless Medical has expanded its sales force across the US and Canada and our client base is growing rapidly. We need a technically adept, details oriented, project manager to help ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our products to our clients in the health care sector.

The right person for this job will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, have the "people skills" necessary to manage a project implementation and client relationship, and have the "tech skills" necessary to communicate and manage requirements with our development teams.

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage team projects to ensure all necessary components, goals and deliverables are met.
* Manage project documentation such as scope documents, project plans, budgets, contracts, status reports, etc.
* Manage project team members by building effective teams, allocating work, and monitoring performance and progress.
* Manage client expectations through acting as a general point of contact and keeping clients involved to ensure projects are meeting their requirements.
* Provide expert advise on business processes, technology and related policies and procedures.
* Establish and maintain lines of communication within the organization and communicating project updates on a regular basis to obtain guidance and approval.
* Perform others duties as required depending on the development level and business needs.

Qualifications


* Minimum of 3 years experience in playing a key role in complex projects and/or project management.
* Experience managing multiple mid-sized or large projects at once.
* Experience in using project management tools and terminologies.
* Experience in managing project employees.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or a related degree.
* Project Management training with a degree or certification being an asset.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge and/or experience of information management and technology.
