Timeless Medical has expanded its sales force across the US and Canada and our client base is growing rapidly. We need a technically adept, details oriented, QA and Support person to help ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our products to our clients in the health care sector.

The right person for this job will have a deep understanding of what "great user interface design" means, and be up to the challenge of identifying flaws and defects in our products, to ensure the systems we deliver meet our and our customers' high standards for product excellence.

In addition to performing QA/testing on our products prior to customer delivery, the position will also involve providing after-sales customer support and service, defect tracking, and problem identification and resolution. As such, the right person for this job will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy working with other people, and be a true "problem solver".

As experience with our products and systems increases, the opportunity for advancement exists to move into our new product development team, and/or managing a team of QA/Support Analysts as the company continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare, update and revise test case scripts in accordance with technical and functional specifications.
* Create data for test environment.
* Conduct manual and automated testing of health system applications.
* Record and maintain test results.
* Identify, log, and communicate test issues and enhancements through interaction with clients and fellow employees.
* Identify system enhancements, changes and bugs.
* Provide e-mail and telephone technical support to clients in their use of our applications.
* Maintain, manage and respond to customer support tickets and cases in a timely and efficient manner, striving for excellence in customer service.

Qualifications


* Diploma in IT, or suitable combination of education and relevant work experience.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a Quality Assurance process improvement role - experience with automated testing tools would be considered an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees.
* Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
* A knack for identifying root causes of problems and determining appropriate solutions.
