- Manage the process of releasing software into a client’s environment, which involves software builds, integration testing, packaging, installation debugging, and onsite client installation
- Schedule and manage internal testing deployments, including setup of development and functional test environments
- Deploy database script updates across multiple test environments and client sites
- Support automated software build process
- Support certification of installers and deployment packages
- Troubleshoot internal and client deployment issues, and provide resolution

Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree, or suitable combination of education and relevant work experience
- Experience in product release management
- Strong technical background in network and infrastructure support
- High degree of customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to lead and work in a team oriented environment
