PROGRAMMER ANALYST – COGNOS BUSINESS INTELLIGNECE TOOLS

We are hiring a Programmer Analyst - Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) Tools.

Responsibilities include:
· Develop, test and implement BI reports;
· Gather data for feasibility analysis of reports;
· Interview clients to prepare functional requirements for BI Reports;
· Prepare system designs and any data conversion plans for BI Reports;
· Participate on systems testing teams;
· Conduct end user training on BI Tools and reports developed in it;
· Utilize configuration management tools and software distribution tools as
· Maintain source and object code and reusable component software libraries;
· As necessary, may direct the work of, and provide guidance and technical
assistance to other Cogno’s BI Tools Analysts

Qualifications


Qualifications:
· Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
· 4 years IT work experience
· 2 years experience with Cognos BI tools
· 2 years experience with programming extract, transform and load (ETL) software
· Excellent communication (written/oral) skills
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience from other large BI or Performance Management vendors will be considered.
