Description


We are looking for a detail oriented and technically adept person who will help launch and deliver a new online legal application. This is a great opportunity to join a winning team and to work in an energetic and innovative environment.

This person will help identify problems with our application and will work with the development team to ensure that they are resolved. This person will also provide customer support, tracking any defects and helping to identify and fix problems generally.

As such, this position requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal). The ability to communicate in French as well as a background in the legal sector would be assets. There is also potential for this position to evolve into other positions in sales or product development.

The QA Analyst will help prepare, enter and review test cases based on business and functional requirement documents. Issues and enhancements will be identified through interaction with end users and employees will be logged and communicated. They will produce test result documentation and will help develop automated test scripts.

Qualifications


Required Skills: this person will need to develop and maintain positive working relationships with project team, developers and management.

• High School graduate. Bachelor degree, IT-based diploma or legal-based diploma a definite asset.
• Experience testing web-based applications desired.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate effectively in French an asset.
• Understanding of test types and methodologies or a demonstrated ability to learn.
