We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Analyst for immediate employment at our Charlottetown based Development Headquarters. Come work in a relaxed progressive and exciting environment while helping us manage our marketing efforts for our world class Customer Care Software to our international base of customers. We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Depth Partner and candidates may work closely with Microsoft’s Head Quarters in Redmond Washington. Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, or a two year diploma, or equivalent experience. A knowledge of the following would also be considered an asset:

• Creating and managing marketing budgets
• Coordinating and managing marketing events
• Knowledge of, and ability to manage web content and optimize website keywords
• Ability to coordinate graphic creation through our contract graphic artists
• Ability to work with senior Sales Executives to help develop marketing strategies and plans
• Ability to create marketing communications including: press releases; white papers; and product literature
• Establishing marketing measurement reports to provide feedback regarding critical success factors and to help improve our marketing spend in relation to return on investment
• Managing Press, Analyst and Editorial Relationships
