Responsibilities:
- Application Support - initial point of contact for technical questions associated with company supported products - perform troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalation
- Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate individuals
- Monitor progress on problem resolution, advise users on status, and ensure follow up and resolution are in accordance with service level agreements
- Regular interaction and communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications


- Completion of an IT diploma program
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry would be considered an asset
- Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant internal healthcare software products
- Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and excellent customer service skills
- Ability and keen willingness to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload independently
- Flexibility regarding work schedule (weekend, evening and on-call work)
